About Molly
Molly DeMaret-Tahu has worked as a mediator for over 15 years. She has mediated or facilitated the resolution of disputes for schools, juvenile justice programs and communities, and served as a neutral in construction defect, housing and water rights disputes. She has also designed and implemented training and consensus-building processes for communities struggling with planning and policy issues.
She earned an M.S. Degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University in 2000 where she specialized in the resolution of community and public disputes and consensus building processes. She is a member of the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution and the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR), and served as Secretary of the District of Columbia chapter of ACR from 2007-2008.
